When I first went to KMJ, it was okay. When I first did everything, it was okay.
Then, the orientation week. Everyday we had to gather at 6am, for the muslims will have their prayers and we have some exercises, which is not really necessary, haha. Then we had all the talks and some activities. Talks are based on the booklet they gave us, totally based on it, which means they were just reading it out. =.= (ohya, with some yellow elements added)
For talks, we were invited to the mosque, although I have always shown respect, I didn't feel comfortable to be in it. And the activities were lame games and sessions to introduce ourselves. No offence, but to remember the 15 malay girls name is real hard. Non-Muslims had a special session with Mr Kelvin Liew, for talks everyday about how should we, the minority excel and a little bit of Buddhism. We just didn't like it so much that one day, when everyone was doing the exercises, lame ones, and the students who wished to perform can go for practice, we just sneaked out and went for choir practice! Wakaka! They said only 6 boys is needed, but we ( 5 chinese boys) became the new members XD So, we would have some spare time for choir while others had to attend talks. And it was relaxing and not skill-requiring. Haha. And I believe this was how we are so connected to each other. Me->Dick Shen->Boon Liang->Shan Wei->Hao Yu
Sometimes the choir practices lasted until midnight, which was way much later than the other people, we were happy! For the rehearsal, we were fxxked by the teacher as we looked so stiff and not lively ><> Class started the next week. I changed from Bio Stream to Physics. I had a new class, and I was the only Chinese. ^^ Class went on well, lectures too. My timetable was so nice because tutorials (no air cond) were all in the morning, XD. I was a sleeping pig from the beginning till the end. haha Well, there was one lecturer who pronounced 'density' as ' there cent tea' . This line says it all. XD There were some nice lecturers too actually. Okay, the first weekend. We went for outing. Just a pizza lunch. Not much to talk about. == The town was just like that. Days went on, and the day came. 21st May. Hah. There was another performance for choir. We had to practise every night and we didn't like it already as other people can do what they want at night. But, not us. Our teacher gave us a treat earlier, as a reward for the nice performance earlier and I guess, to lure us to go to these practices. Just one minute before the performance that day, JPA result was announced. I didn't get it. The performance on stage was weird enough. My mind was empty. After that, and after everyone was disappointed, except for some, we went for a walk around the college. Only 4 of us left, shan wei was no longer with us. He got it. Haha. So, the four of us, wearing formals, walked to the track, borrowed bicycles, and rode. >< (in formals) Then I did something very great I assume. I made plans. And plans just went on well. Not gonna write bout the plans though. So I continued sleeping in lectures and tutorials. And met some lecturers for advice and words of encouragement. Well, Wesak come. They would be leaving straight away. Byes. I went to my aunt's house. About an hour away. That weekend was fun. So, life was normal again when I was back. We had several hang outs time to time and was considered fun. I only completed homework that was required the next day, this kind of attitude. haha. There was one weekend, everyone began talking about ghosts. =.= I was darn afraid because the night before they talked bout it, I was online-ing until 3am + And they say beside my room is the hotspot, and 3am is the happy hour.
So darn scary man. And that consecutive night, dickshen and boon liang came and we slept together. How funny pulak.
Until one day, I got so frightened again, coz I thought my drinking water was stolen by my malay roommate. But, after some time, I realised he is a nice guy, and is supposed to follow strictly his teachings and should not drink this water source which was polluted by pork. So, who drank it? I put it beside the window (hotspot) and when I threw all the bottles away, one bottle suddenly appeared after I came back. I dare not touch the bottle and dare not throw it away. =.=
Well, life went on again. And one Friday, I knew I would be leaving, and I was so happy. And Saturday I bought ice-creams and fried chicken for them. Then I'm gone.
