I got my third offer from Stevens Institute of Technology. It's in New Jersey, across the river, then you will be at New York City, where Madison Square Garden and New York Times Square are. Anyway, I've made up my mind to go to Chicago, so this made no difference. Chicago, the third largest city in the States, home to Chicago Bulls and of course IIT.

Finished the video shooting and editting, hopefully presentation goes smoothly. Empirical report in the processing stage. Physics quiz tomorrow? Maybe will just give up, since I already have enough quiz to be taken into calculation. Calculus scares the shit out of me, hopefully the next test gets better so that I can pass. Even if I can't pass, I don't think there's gonna be any difference also. Retaking in the States and well, maybe will brush up my basics even better. Failing might bring better future, but who cares? I won't change the way I am now and we'll just see what happens.

Speech night is on Tuesday night. I got 4th place last year, no prize. This year I was called in to be one of the committee, but with nothing to do. At first, the most I have to do is just to chase contestants off the stage if they exceed the time limit. Yes, I'm happy with this coz I don't like to get too involved in any organization or group. I want to do things on my own, like arranging BJ's meeting. Last week, SingKiet asked me to be the photographer, since no photographer from school is available, and Ilyas is reluctant. Yeah, he asked Ilyas before me, but never mind, I'm being indifferent. If he doesn't want then it's time to do something I like and maybe brush up my skills. Now I don't have to chase people off, and will be taking pictures.

And thanks to Wei Ping, who borrowed me his flash for Speech Night. It was nice meeting you, even though it lasted less than 1 minute, it just felt good. I don't know why, but living here, having someone you know and you care for and he cares for you too is just comforting.
