Honestly I have nothing to talk about Chinese New Year. If you're not home, what difference does it make even if you have good food and/or friends to keep you company? I didn't even know it was first day of Chinese New Year already.
It is probably just me, since everyone else away from home is still doing it, writing about how much they wish they are home right now, and/or they miss home. Everyone is definitely free to think and free to feel whichever way they want, so totally nothing wrong with that, don't take me wrong.
It is just me. I'm just over the homesick/miss home phase and everything, like all I want right now, is for this final few months to be over and get the hell out of here. It's not that it sucks here by the way but yeah whatever.
On Monday, I went to class to turn in my homework, and sat through the whole class. But well the professor decided to ask questions to people, and it went down like this.
Prof: Those of you at the back row, can you tell me which term is negligible?
Prof: Discuss with each other, and give me an answer.
Prof looked at me, and said, you, what is your name?
Me: Me?
Prof: Yes, you.
Me: My name's Yoon.
Prof: Your name is You?
So basically everyone has already turned to the back, and like ................. I don't even know why did I go to class.
Prof: Do you guys know his name is You? Do you guys talk outside of class? Talk to each other more, have discussions, then you will know his name and the answer to this.
I am a real life, walking meme.
